今年4月的上海,一家以生吐司作為專營產品的烘焙店銀座仁誌川開啟試運營。即便每條麵包售價高達98元,消費者仍然熱情高漲,排隊熱潮空前絕後,不少黃牛甚至將產品炒至300元。如今過去不到半年時間,曾經門店外“大排長龍”的局麵就已不複存在,不少人甚至開始質疑,褪去營銷噱頭和新鮮感後,生吐司就過氣賣不動了?
