在消費升級與健康化浪潮交織的背景下,野人日記以"好吃+輕卡"雙輪驅動戰略開辟預包裝食品新賽道。
2025年3月30日-4月2日, Foodaily全球食品飲料創新博覽會暨每日新潮食品節(簡稱Foodaily創博會)在上海國家會展中心成功舉辦。Foodaily創博會上,野人日記CEO邢正軒敘述了其通過模式創新與組織重構實現逆勢增長的底層邏輯。
以下為對談實錄:
問:野人日記從農產品銷售轉型為輕卡主食品牌。作為 90 後 CEO,您如何在早期判斷 “預包裝食品”“健康化” 的賽道趨勢?這種戰略轉向背後的組織能力是如何重構的?
邢正軒:我(wo)本(ben)人(ren)一(yi)直(zhi)對(dui)健(jian)康(kang)食(shi)品(pin)很(hen)感(gan)興(xing)趣(qu),隨(sui)著(zhe)經(jing)濟(ji)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),我(wo)們(men)也(ye)看(kan)到(dao)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)的(de)人(ren)開(kai)始(shi)重(zhong)視(shi)健(jian)康(kang)。當(dang)時(shi)預(yu)包(bao)裝(zhuang)食(shi)品(pin)做(zuo)健(jian)康(kang)類(lei)的(de)市(shi)場(chang)還(hai)未(wei)飽(bao)和(he),競(jing)爭(zheng)沒(mei)那(na)麼(me)激(ji)烈(lie),而(er)輕(qing)卡(ka)食(shi)品(pin)雖(sui)有(you)需(xu)求(qiu),但(dan)也(ye)存(cun)在(zai)口(kou)感(gan)不(bu)佳(jia)等(deng)問(wen)題(ti)。我(wo)覺(jiao)得(de)要(yao)是(shi)能(neng)做(zuo)出(chu)既(ji)好(hao)吃(chi)又(you)具(ju)功(gong)能(neng)性(xing)的(de)產(chan)品(pin),肯(ken)定(ding)有(you)市(shi)場(chang),所(suo)以(yi)選(xuan)擇(ze)了(le)這(zhe)條(tiao)賽(sai)道(dao)。

問:團隊 90 後、00 後占比超90%。野人日記是如何在快速擴張中保持組織的穩定和活力的?

問:在產品研發的角度,野人日記總能精準捕捉市場新需求,您如何構建從市場洞察到試錯再到產品迭代的創新閉環?作為 CEO,您在產品決策中扮演怎樣的角色?

問:麵對同質化競爭和行業 “內卷” 的價格戰,野人日記如何平衡商業利益與為用戶帶來的價值?

問:未來十年,您希望將野人日記打造成怎樣的企業?
