上文中也提到了,有很多冰淇淋家批連鎖店會在冬季經營幹果炒貨之類的產品,但是往往很多隻是僅限於“活下去”。但是昆山的這個有著30多家連鎖門店的冰淇淋家批店,似乎將糖炒栗子作為了秋冬季節的第二事業,並大有大幹一場的潛力與空間。
